Unloading Your Load through Decoding.
Sessions.
What could be your load?
Old traumas, negative memories, unfulfilled desires, self-esteem issues, concerns about body shape or appearance, obligations, possessions, family or relationship situations, confrontations, a particular person, your profession or work, attitudes, emotions, challenges related to the world, issues with vitality or health, pain, restrictions, illness—and many other accumulated burdens.
When we identify and associate ourselves with the mind, body, and the world, we begin to collect, absorb, accumulate, hold onto, carry, and store experiences and energies—until the load becomes too much and too heavy. This manifests in every area of life and in every part of the body and mind, often resulting in persistent challenges and, more often than not, painful confrontations.
Just as we have allowed unnecessary things to enter us—through various “doors” and by entering spaces we better not had been—we must also recognize that there are many doors available to unload the load. The endless doors within our own mind, the endless doors to and inside the world, the doors of our sense organs, the doors of our heart or other areas and places within and on our body.
What is decoding?
“Everything around us, everything that happens, every detail of our bodies, everything we think about, say and do, all the struggles we have to face, at home, at work or globally, all the signs, symptoms and diseases actually, constitute a road map filled with deep hidden symbolic messages – designed to help guide us towards achieving our magical and mystical life adventure.”
Decoding is an old forgotten language, art and skill that assist in the symbolic reading, translating, and deciphering of these messages, of which most of them have become part of your load.
“Problems are messages.”

How to unload?
There are countless ways to “unload your load” — to release emotional or mental weight. One powerful method is through decoding and reflecting. This means hearing your challenges and confrontations from a completely different perspective, one that offers a different or new understanding of what you went or are going through.
Rather than staying stuck feeling disempowered by external forces by pointing, blaming and complaining, this process empowers you. It opens up new ways of seeing, feeling, and responding. You begin to shift — not by denying what happened, but by transforming how you look at it. With this shift, you gain clarity, choice, and strength to move forward differently.
